I first got up to 250 in the fall of 2013. At the ripe age of 20 I had reached my peak weight. It was due to being on medicine and also I ate a LOT of food and did literally no exercise for months. It caught up to me I was up 75 pounds in 6 months. It took me maybe 9 months to lose that same 75 pounds. That was basically fasting and exercising daily. Drinking a gallon of water a day. I have went vegan and vegetarian several times. The most sustainable weight loss advice I can give is find an easy workout regimen that can be done 4 or 5 days a week for the rest of your life. Exercise is good for the mental and it boosts metabolism. Extreme exercising can wear down the body and cause injury. Focus on getting enough cardio and maybe throw in some resistance weight training 3 times a week.
